PSYCHOTHERAPY PRACTICE
I offer psychodynamic psychotherapy and psychoanalysis to clients who want to decrease their emotional distress and wish to gain a deeper understanding of themselves and the underlying causes of their emotional difficulties. Safety of the therapeutic relationship is central to my work.
My training is psychoanalytic. Depending on my clients' needs I also include other therapeutic modalities. In working with a wide range of different individuals over many years it has been my experience that when people feel safe to speak freely about themselves and what troubles them, they feel better, gain insight into themselves, and begin to change.
